From a dripping tap to a ground-up build. Every trade on the job comes from the same firm, which is why our jobs don't sit half-finished waiting on somebody else to turn up.
A bathroom needs a plumber, a tiler, a sparky and a plasterer. We're all four.
That's the whole reason this works. Most jobs stall in the gaps between trades — the tiler waiting on the plumber, the plumber waiting on the electrician. There aren't any gaps when it's one team and one job sheet.
Foundations through to plastering, with one person to ring about any of it. The bigger the job, the more it matters that the trades aren't blaming each other.
Where most of the urgent calls come from. If water's coming in, ring rather than filling in a form — a slipped tile costs a fraction of the ceiling underneath it.
Dug out and drained properly rather than laid on sand and hoped for. Block paving gets re-sanded; patios get laid to a fall so they drain.
Brick and stone laid to match what's already there. Garages, garden rooms, boundary walls and repointing.
Every job goes the same way, whether it's a morning's work or a three-month build.
A photo of the problem tells us more than a paragraph. We'll say straight away if it's something we do.
Measured up properly, options talked through, and anything we'd do differently said out loud rather than sat on.
Labour, materials and rubbish removal, itemised. Free, and it doesn't expire in 24 hours to rush you.
You get a start date and a realistic finish date. If materials are on a lead time, you hear that now, not later.
Same faces on site each day. Anything unexpected gets flagged before we carry on — never on the final bill.
Rubbish goes with us. We walk it with you before we call it finished, and come back if something's not right.
